These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activity.
